The main benefit is cost. When you have a development with multiple residences the cost to hire can be more expensive than the cost to buy. By buying your furniture you can achieve a custom look and move it from property to property within the development for as long as it takes. We can also compliment with rental pieces to freshen up the look if you would like.
Do you style our own furniture?

Once all mood boards and selections have been approved we require full payment prior to purchasing.
Where do you work?

Our team plan and design your home for sale based on their intimate knowledge of the market, current design trends and styling experience so we request that you allow us to put this experience into practice and trust that our furniture and styling selections are the best for your property.
Can my architect/interior designer be involved in the process?
Of course. We’re more than happy to collaborate with any of your team. Ideally your architect/interior designer would be part of the initial briefing meeting to brief us on the vision for the development including the materials, fixtures and fittings. We will then take the brief, prepare our recommendations that fit the brief, the budget and the timeline and present back to everyone. All we ask is for collated feedback from you and your team and a central point of contact
