OUR PROPERTY STYLING SERVICES

We offer a range of styling services to suit
your property and your budget.

At Blok Design Co. we have been styling properties for sale since 2015 and we pride ourselves on the excellent job that we do. Working with Brisbane's leading Real Estate Agents we transform more than 400 properties a year ready for sale. When you style with us our team will create a package specifically for your property to maximise it's appeal and make the best use of the spaces and we know from experience that your investment in styling will be well worth it at settlement.

Full Property Styling is for empty properties - perfect if you've just built or if you've had tenants move out. It includes everything to present the property for sale - beds, linen, furniture, decor, artwork and all the little finishing touches like plants and bathroom accessories.

Our sales team will walk through the property or review floor plans and provide an itemised quote specific to your property.

Partial Property Styling is for properties that already contain furniture. We review your layout, repurpose your furniture in ways you never may have thought and add any furniture you need. We also put in all of the finishing touches like linen, decor, artwork and greenery so that the property is ready to sell. We work with properties of all styles, size and value and customise a solution that will work for your sales campaign.

Some properties are 99% ready for sale, they have all the furniture they need, it's all in the right place and in great condition! if this is your property and you just need the last 5% to make sure the photos look amazing we offer an Accessory service. Our styling team can add accessories, greenery and linen and make and steam beds ready for your photographs. It is incredible to see the change this last 5% makes.

accessories to furnished properties to ensure it appeals to potential buyers.
HOW WE WORK

We know that there’s a lot to prepare
when you’re putting your property on
the market so we make our part in
the process very easy

Step 1

30 minute complimentary site visit, for properties located within Brisbane, with you or your agent to walk through the property and understand your needs and your planned sales approach.

Step 2

A detailed quote outlining our recommended approach for your property. Once you’ve confirmed and paid your invoice we’re ready to install.

Step 3

Installation is arranged for the day of your photography. We install in a few hours using our own truck and a team of two removalists and two stylists.

Step 4

We arrange with you or your agent to collect all items, upon completion of your campaign, at a time that’s convenient for you.
